You get TWO carbon brushes, a pair , brand new of extremely high quality and performance!

These measure 9mm x 8mm x 22mm (The length of 22mm can be shortened easily if required by grinding off)

WHY WASTE MONEY ON A NEW MOTOR COSTING 300 POUNDS WHEN IT IS SO EASY TO REPLACE THE CARBON BRUSHES?

Signs and symptoms of Carbon brushes which are worn are:-

- The fan stops and starts , sometimes if the car jolts you will get the motor stopping or starting

- Fan does not work completely

- Fan is erratic and slows /starts/ stops by itself

To change the carbon brushes is easy ! On average it only takes 30 minutes to an hour

You need to locate your heater fan blower motor which in some cars is on the passenger side - inside the car , on the underside of the front panel facing the passenger seat - remove the flap which will be held by screws and you will locate the heater/blower/fan air motor. Search the net for diagrams for your particular model but generally these are easy to remove . Once you have the heater motor out you will see there will be two clips on the side and once you remove the clips (be careful not to loose any bits) Remove the old carbon brushes and put the new ones in and connect the copper wires in. Thats it you should have a good working fan motor/blower/heater motor as good as new!

Lots of free advise and diagrams on the internet as to how to change your brushes for your model but do contact us as we have a hugh list of sites who host free diagrams and instructions on how to change these!

IF THIS DOES NOT FIT FOR ANY REASON WE WILL ACCEPT IT BACK FOR A FULL REFUND NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
